Don't forget to visit the newly re-opened White Dog Bistro starting in April on your next visit to Mathews, Virginia.  It will be featuring a fine dining menu serving from 4:30 to 8:30 and then a late night menu and live entertainment till 12 midnight on Friday & Saturday! This beautiful historic building is gorgeous inside & out.  There restaurant should be on everyone's must visit list, I know it was always on mine.  There is also a Cuban themed outdoor bar and deck with an unbelievable selection of specialty one of a kind drinks, refreshing jelli beers, bourbons, rums & scotches.
